Friday Jun 26 Malahat, BC
This morning we leave Bamberton Provincial Park and head up the Malahat to Malahat Mountain Meadows RV Park.
As check-in at Malahat Mountain is anytime after 1 pm, Jen suggested having coffee on the beach on the way back to Mill Bay. What a great idea!
Then Lynne stopped to chat with her two Golden Doodles, both around 9 years old.
The sun was covered by high wispy clouds. When it got warmer, I zap strapped our brolly to Jen's chair.
We spent a lovely couple of hours just chillin' on the beach.
After a stop for groceries in Mill Bay, we headed up the Malahat.
We checked in at Malahat Mountain just after 1 pm. We're in the trees on the side of the mountain. The park is rustic and quiet.
We're probably not going to be doing a lot while we here. We head to our young Czech friend's in Metchosin on Tuesday, just in time to celebrate Canada Day with them.
