With the rain we had the last day or so, we were not surprised to see this on the Skimmerhorn mountains.
Today we decided to visit the local brewery in Creston. No, not the behemoth Columbia Brewery across from Scotties. Their visitor centre is closed due to another large expansion which is currently underway.
No, we are going to visit the Wild North Brewery Co. craft brewery and sample some of the beers.
They're open; let's go check 'em out.
We tried a flight of 4 of their offerings. Down the list that Jen is holding; right to left in the glasses. The lighter ones were definitely summer brews. The Porter, we both felt, was a little "thin".
They were tasty but not enough to consider buying any.
