Stock Yard
This kit makes 2 square stockyards. Dwight's space was a long, narrow triangle. Needless to say, it was challenging to develop a "working" stock yard where cows could be offloaded, fed, and watered, then loaded back onto the stock cars to continue their journey.
The kit included 2 large sheds - too large for the available space. Time to get to work!

On the layout, but the brown plastic finish needs some weathering...
That's so much better. Dwight did a nice job of weathering with a white wash. He also added cows, hay bales, and straw.
By the way, the small building on the right side was not part of the original kit. It was a building that Dwight had and wanted incorporated into the scene. I think it adds a nice touch.
