I visited the Community Centre the other day. Had a workout if you can call it that. It was a matter of checking out some of the fitness equipment and seeing what works for me. I think I mentioned that when I went to inquire about the facilities, I was told for 75+, there was no charge. I like that! FREE!!
Well, that was a good workout. Time to head back for afternoon tea!
Tomorrow's forecast is for more rain. Maybe we will do something interesting.

Today I returned for another workout. I took a few pictures. If I remember correctly, I was told the Fitness Centre is 5,000 square feet in size. Not bad for a small community like Creston! At the far end, just as the indoor track turns left are more machines.
